The Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction has introduced a new guideline on the prequalification procedure as of 13 May 2022. The guideline will be published in the Bundesanzeiger in mid-June 2022 and replaces the previous guideline dated 28 August 2019.
In addition to editorial changes, the query of the competition register at the Federal Cartel Office (see Annex 1 No. 5a) as a requirement for prequalification and the verification of the payment of the minimum wage are now also newly regulated.
