The PQ Association has set up a new interface for querying the public part of the official list of approved economic operators. This now makes it possible to automatically query whether a company is prequalified or not in real time using your own software or purchased software.

What can the interface do?

The interface implements a quick query of the public part of the Official Directory bypassing the search on the PQ Association website. Inspection or download of evidence is not possible.  A single line of code can be used to query the status of the company by entering the PQ number. With the appropriate software, the stored contents of an Excel list can also be retrieved automatically. For example, 30 or more companies can be queried for the validity of their PQ in a fraction of a second.

Who is this interesting for?

- Main contractors who want to regularly check whether their subcontractors are still prequalified.
- Public contracting authorities who want to quickly check the current status of the participants before making an award decision.
- Private contracting authorities who, after selecting the companies to be commissioned, want to ensure that the companies have a currently valid prequalification.

What do I have to do?

- Submit the application for free access to the online query

- carry out the query according to our interface definition
or
- use our commercial software PQ-VOB Online 1.0 for a one-time protection fee of 29,00€. A description of the software and the scope of functions can be found in the linked manual.
