To No. 1 Interface to eVergabe
In order to further promote the idea of an optimized eVergabe, a simplified way of checking PQ data was implemented for public authorities. For this purpose, the service of the PQ-Verein can be coupled with third-party systems for eVergabe. Public authorities who evaluate bids via the eVergabe System can thus check the data of prequalified companies directly within the eVergabe System. You no longer have to call up the PQ-Verein website separately and log in to view the data records of the construction companies.

To No. 2: Button for additional proof of suitability
Prequalified companies are often required to provide additional evidence, which goes beyond the scope of the original prequalification, but is frequently required in certain procurements (e.g. welding suitability for steel construction companies or proof of liability insurance). For this reason, the PQ-Stellen were enabled to include additional proofs of the companies in the official list of approved economic operators. For this purpose, the structure of the Internet list was adapted accordingly so that these certificates appear there with a special note..
To No. 3: Optional replacement of the Certificate on the payment of social security contributions by a certificate of release from liability with indication of the upper limit of release from liability
This extension is related to the new legal requirement for the exculpation of companies with regard to their subcontractors. Due to changed legal conditions, the proof of "Certificate on the payment of social security contributions" was extended. The official list of approved economic operators was supplemented with the following functionality with regard to the prequalified companies: - This means that both - as before - "Certificates on the payment of social security contributions, alternatively, a "certificate of release from liability " from the collective bargaining social security funds" can be relevant. For this certificate of release from liability of the collective bargaining social security funds, an additional line has been inserted in the detailed view to indicate the upper limit of the release from liability.
To No. 4: Optimization of the search functions for the official list of approved economic operators
In connection with the search function extended in 2009 (radius search), search results for prequalified companies for a specific service area have led to irritation because the search result shows the corresponding companies exclusively with the service area that serves as the search criterion. All other service areas (including references), for which the respective companies may also be prequalified, have not yet been shown in the search result. Since then, the companies are generally displayed with all service areas for which the companies are prequalified.
In addition, the previous search function for company names sometimes produced unsatisfactory results if the search text entered did not correspond correctly to the company name in the official list of approved economic operators. The slightest deviation - even a missing space - caused an unsuccessful search. The search function now also considers partial text and lists all hits.
